Alexander Hearnz

Alexander Hearnz has extensive experience in software engineering and IT consulting, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at USAA since May 2018 and as a Team Lead/Senior Software Engineer at Vertiv Co since July 2012, where responsibilities include migrating enterprise-level applications to modern technologies. Previously, Alexander held various roles, including Independent IT Consultant at Advanced Systems Group, Inc., Senior Web Consultant at Initiatives Corporation, and Lead Systems Analyst at the National Council on Compensation Insurance, gaining expertise in web application development, systems architecture, and project management. Alexander’s career began at Key Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Programmer/Systems Analyst and includes foundational roles at notable companies such as Ryder Systems, John Alden Life Insurance, and Wackenhut Corporation. Alexander holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Miami and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Florida International University.
