Steve Paul

Steve Paul has a long and diverse work experience in various sales and leadership roles. Steve most recently served as the Vice President of Sales at Vertos Medical Inc since August 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Breg for seven years, where they held the position of Vice President Sales and Commercial Operations. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing global sales and commercial operations, including sales, national accounts, sales operations, business solutions, customer service, training, product marketing, and customer service teams.

Before joining Breg, Steve was employed at Masimo Corporation for four years. Initially, they served as the Area Vice President of Western US/Canadian Sales. Steve then moved on to become the VP of US Hospital Sales/Sales Operations and later the Executive Vice President of US Acute Care Sales. Steve managed significant revenue and supervised various sales teams, including those responsible for GPO, IDN, corporate, military, and government sales.

Earlier in their career, Steve worked at Boston Scientific for 12 years, where they held various positions of increasing responsibility. Steve'sroles included Western Area Sales Director in the Oncology Division and Regional Sales Manager in the Oncology, Medi-tech, and Scimed Divisions. Steve started their tenure at Boston Scientific as a Territory Manager and Field Sales Trainer.

Prior to their healthcare industry experience, Steve worked as a Field Marketing Manager at E. & J. Gallo Winery in the Western Region.

Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated strong leadership, sales management, and strategic planning skills. Steve has successfully managed budgets, implemented effective recruitment and training strategies, and achieved revenue objectives.

Steve Paul attended UC Santa Barbara from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
