Badwe Al Najjar has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Badwe is currently working as a PHP Web Developer at Vertu Motors plc, where they are responsible for maintaining and developing company websites using PHP, MySQL, and frameworks such as CodeIgniter and Laravel. Badwe also utilizes their frontend skills to create user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Prior to this, Badwe Al Najjar co-founded two companies: REPLIER.NET and SAJJEL.NET. At REPLIER.NET, their role as a Co-Founder involves contributing to the overall management and operations of the company. Badwe also served as an IT Support Technician at Homs Chamber of Commerce and as a Web Developer at Al Muhtaref Group.
