Flávia Miranda

Flávia Miranda started their work experience in 2015 as a Hostess at BAR100. In 2018, they worked as a Part-Time Customer Experience Analyst at Nubank, and later transitioned to a full-time role as a Customer Experience Analyst I. Flávia then progressed to the role of Customer Experience Analyst II and was also promoted to Social Media Operations & Customer Experience Analyst II. At Nubank, Flávia supported customer experience and feedback on various social media platforms, spearheaded projects to improve team morale, and trained new recruits from third-party companies.

In 2020, Flávia joined Vend by Lightspeed as a Technical Support Specialist I, where they advised, troubleshooted, and resolved technical POS software issues. Flávia also communicated with users/retailers to ensure swift resolution and documented ticket actions and resolutions. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of Technical Support Specialist II - Accounting Integrations, where they continued to provide technical support and worked specifically on accounting integrations.

Most recently, in 2023, Flávia started working as a Frontend Developer at Vertu Motors plc.

Flávia Miranda completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from the Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) from 2015 to 2019. In 2022, they enrolled in the School Of Code to pursue a degree in Web Development/Full Stack Programming, which is expected to be completed by 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Flávia has obtained several certifications. Flávia completed a Business & Entrepreneurship course at Oxford Summer Courses in July 2017. Furthermore, they completed an Advanced English Course and an IELTS course at Langports English Language College in November 2015. Flávia also obtained certification in RSA - Responsible Service of Alcohol (Australia) from Ton Ton Song Pty Ltd t/a The Coffee and RSA Schools in September 2015. Lastly, they completed a Theater and TV acting course at Escola de Atores Wolf Maya in January 2014.
