Head of Client Engagement at Veruna

Tim McIntire has a diverse work experience background. Tim started their career as a Profiling Engineer at Into Networks in 2000 and worked there until 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they served as a Faculty Assistant at Harvard Law School. In 2004, Tim joined Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP as a Legal Secretary and remained with the firm until 2017.

In 2008, Tim became a partner at Mottley's Comedy Club, where they primarily focused on talent coordination, social media management, and website maintenance. This experience was one of the highlights of their professional life, and they held the position until 2012.

Tim joined Veruna, Inc. in 2017 as a Senior Operations Specialist. Tim utilized their Salesforce platform expertise to support customers, partners, and contribute to product development. Tim successfully managed Veruna's transition from Classic to Lightning, leading design changes and overseeing the rollout to existing customers. Tim served in this role until 2020.

At Veruna, Tim then became the Customer Success Team Lead, managing a group of subject matter experts and utilizing their Salesforce experience to support professional services, partner collaboration, and product development. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Manager, Customer Success, before eventually taking on their current role as Head of Client Engagement in February 2022.

Tim McIntire attended Santa Fe University of Art and Design from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree. Tim'sfield of study at the university was Theatre/Theater. In 1988, they briefly attended the University of Colorado Boulder, although no degree or field of study information is provided for this institution. Additionally, Tim McIntire obtained a certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce in August 2017.
