Anna Jameson's work experience begins in 2015 when they worked as an Intern at ComboTrip, a web-based startup company. During their time there, they gained valuable experience in app development for group travel planning and collaborated with the Chief Marketing Officer on creating travel destination recommendations. Anna was part of the successful launch of the company and its application.

In 2015, Anna also joined Old Navy and started as a Brand Associate. Anna worked in various roles, including fitting room, salesfloor, register, and participating in inventory and shipment processes. Due to their exceptional execution of brand standards, they quickly advanced to become a salesfloor lead. In 2016, they became a Business and Training Specialist, responsible for hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of new employees. Additionally, they received customer feedback through Medallia and implemented continuous training improvements, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and store traffic. In 2017, they became an Assistant Manager, responsible for merchandising, sales floor configuration, and leading various sales-related processes, ultimately increasing sales in the Girls department by 9%.

Anna joined Greene Resources in 2020 as an Onsite Manager, where they managed a fluctuating temporary staff of 150-250 employees at Cree Inc., a client location. Their responsibilities included working directly with hiring managers and the recruitment team to identify and fulfill staffing needs. Anna also oversaw all onboarding and compliance processes.

Currently, Anna works at Verus® Research since 2020, where they initially served as a Payroll Manager. Later, they were promoted to the position of Finance Manager, starting in August 2021.
