Aileen Thompson, MSW, LSW, has extensive experience in social work and related fields. Currently serving as a Social Worker at Verus LLC since June 2020, Aileen has previously held positions including Administrative Assistant at ALICE G. GOSFIELD AND ASSOCIATES, P.C., and Student Intern at United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, where Aileen drafted grant proposals and developed strategic plans for trauma initiatives. As a Case Manager at Delaware County Intermediate Unit Family Centers and Project ELECT, Aileen supported pregnant and parenting teens with academic challenges. Additional experience includes roles as an Assistant Teacher at The Goddard School of Hockessin, Intern Case Manager with Lutheran Children and Family Services, Residential Counselor at Hiram House Camp, and Corps Member with AmeriCorps City Year Greater Philadelphia. Aileen holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Penn State University.
