Katie Born

Katie Born has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Katie began their career at Steelcase, Inc. as a Financial Analyst from 2000 to 2002. Katie then moved on to Amway, where they held various positions including Chief Financial Analyst from 2002 to 2007, HR Business Unit Manager in Manufacturing & Procurement from 2007 to 2013, and Talent Acquisition Leader from 2013 to 2018. Following their time at Amway, Katie joined SpartanNash as the Director of Talent Acquisition from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Talent Experience at Vervint since April 2020.

Katie Born obtained a Bachelor's degree in General Business from the University of Michigan, which they attended from 1996 to 2000. Katie then pursued a Master's degree in Administration with a specialization in Human Resources at Central Michigan University from 2005 to 2008. In 2017, they obtained the certification of Black Belt in Internet Recruitment from SocialTalent.
