Heather Alburger

Heather Alburger is an experienced Contracts Manager with a substantial background in negotiating and managing commercial agreements across various industries, including technology, aerospace, and defense. Currently serving at Very Good Security since October 2019, Heather has previously held similar roles at Snowflake Computing, OpenText, NetSuite, and Teledyne Microwave Solutions, where responsibilities included drafting, negotiating, and closing a wide range of contracts such as SaaS agreements, licensing agreements, and nondisclosure agreements. Heather's legal foundation is supported by a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New College of California School of Law and an LLM in Intellectual Property from Golden Gate University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder.
