Ben G. Steele has had a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Crew Member and Cleaning Crew for Paradise Charter Cruises & Minneapolis Queen. In 2015, they began working for Crew Call Midwest as a Crew. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Intern for Ask Hillary's and as a Campus Co-Founder for College Truckers, LLC. Ben G. also worked as an Auto Detailer for Self Employed in 2015. In 2018, they worked as an Outside Services for Ridglea Country Club. In 2019, they worked as an Assistant Golf Professional for ShadowGlen Golf Club. In 2022, they began working as a Business Development Associate for Veryable, an Inside Sales Representative for CargoBarn Inc., and an Appointment Setter for Icon Energy.

Ben G. Steele completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University between 2015 and 2019. Prior to this, they attended Minnetonka High School from 2010 to 2014. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including the Securities Industries Essentials, Series 7, Series 63, and Texas Insurance License from FINRA and the Texas Department of Insurance, respectively.
