Michael Y. Liu, CFA, has extensive experience in trading asset-backed securities (ABS) and collateralized debt obligations (CDO). Since February 2011, Michael has served as a Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities, having progressed through roles as Director, Vice President, and Associate within the same firm. Prior to this, Michael worked as an Analyst in Omnium Knowledge Management at Citadel LLC from July 2008 to February 2011, and briefly as a Research Analyst at Brighton House Associates in 2007. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chicago, completed in 2009.
