René Ronk

René Ronk has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. René started their career in 2013 as a Catering and Service staff at GVO Personal GmbH. René then worked as an Intern in Logistics and Accounting at Coboulux SA in 2013. In the same year, they also worked as a Freelancer for private retirement provisions at ERGO Group AG.

In 2014, René worked as a Receptionist and Assistant to the Manager at Vacalians Group from June to September. René also worked as a Working Student in the Human Resource Department at the European Southern Observatory from October to December. Additionally, they served as a Front Desk Receptionist at A&O Hotels & Hostels from October 2014 to April 2016.

René joined EF Education First in April 2015 as a Student Brand Manager and Sales Assistant, holding the position until April 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Customer Service Executive at CPM Barcelona from October 2016 to January 2017.

René gained experience in the hospitality industry when they worked as an Accommodation Service Executive at Booking.com from January 2017 to January 2018. René'sresponsibilities included training and consulting hoteliers, technical support, commercial advice, revenue management, and providing information about additional Booking.com products.

Currently, René holds two roles at VeryChic. René started working as a Sales Manager in February 2018 and later became the Regional Sales Director in February 2020. René'stenure at VeryChic is ongoing.

René Ronk completed their education with a Master's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from ESEI International Business School Barcelona in the year 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Management with a specialization in Marketing and Human Resources from International School of Management, Germany, completing it in 2016. Additionally, in 2014, they attended KEDGE Business School to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in International Management. However, the duration of this particular program was only for a year.
