Sheryl Cespedes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sheryl recently joined Very as a Human Resources Manager, where they are responsible for managing HR functions within the fully-distributed IoT engineering firm. Prior to that, Sheryl worked at Appvance.ai as a Human Resources Manager/Recruiter. Sheryl also gained experience at Lionbridge as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter, where they focused on contract creation, HR support, and improving the onboarding process. Before that, they worked at GBS Data Corporation S.A. as a Scrum Master, where they remotely managed a cross-functional team and played a key role in recruitment optimization. Sheryl also worked at Mondelēz International as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they led end-to-end recruitment processes and utilized social media platforms for candidate engagement.
