Hairuo Peng

Hairuo Peng is an accomplished medicinal chemist with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. At Vesalius Therapeutics, since April 2022, Hairuo serves as the Senior Director of Medicinal Chemistry. Previously, Hairuo held the position of Director of Chemistry at Yumanity Therapeutics from November 2020 to February 2022. From October 2015 to November 2020, Hairuo worked as a Consultant in Medicinal Chemistry and Drug Discovery. Prior roles include Principal Scientist, Senior Scientist, and Scientist at Biogen from March 2002 to March 2015, and Senior Postdoctoral Fellow at Yale University from October 1999 to March 2002.
