Jacob Hassel

Jacob Hassel is a Senior Software Engineer at Veson Nautical since February 2022, previously serving as Lead Web Developer at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport from May 2015 to February 2022, where leadership of a small team focused on agile development and web applications using Vue.js was key. Jacob's experience also includes a role as a Software Engineer specializing in UI/UX development for a Java application utilizing the Spring Framework and Project Reactor, along with an internship program designed for college graduates entering the DoD. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Lehigh University, completed in 2016.
