Quentin Smith

Quentin Smith serves as the Commercial Director for the Americas at Veson Nautical since January 2023, facilitating maritime commerce through a standard platform. In addition, Quentin is a Board Member at The ECC Association, contributing to career growth in engineering and construction management. Previously, at AVEVA from February 2016 to January 2023, Quentin held the position of Sales Director, leading a team and focusing on software solutions for the industrial sector. Other roles include Business Development at UniversalPegasus International, various positions with Bechtel Corporation, and serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Brinderson. Quentin's educational background includes a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin, an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Additional experience includes serving as a Naval Officer in the US Navy, where Quentin was recognized with the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and certified as a Nuclear Engineering Officer.
