Josh Wyatt, MS, CAM, currently serves as Senior Regional Property Manager at FCA Management LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing property management, resident retention programs, and team mentorship since May 2020. Previous roles include Assistant Property Manager at The Residence SouthPark, Leasing Manager at The Encore Southpark, and Wellness Coordinator at Peak 10, among others. Josh holds a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
