Emily Lopez is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Vestas Americas since September 2024, Emily previously held significant positions at Spirit AeroSystems, ConocoPhillips, and was active in the Chief network for senior women executives. Notable achievements include leading the integration of talent from an acquired company and developing global leadership and talent management strategies. Emily holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, both from Texas A&M University.
