Kerstin Knapp

Kerstin Knapp serves as the EVP People & Culture at Vestas since January 2020, leading initiatives for sustainable energy solutions globally. In addition, Kerstin is an External HR Advisor for the International Olympic Committee since September 2017. Previously, Kerstin held positions as Chief Human Resources Officer at Puma Energy, Global HR Director at Richemont, and VP of Human Resources at Cargill, among other roles in HR leadership within major organizations. Kerstin's educational background includes dual MBA degrees from the University of Minnesota and WU Executive Academy, along with qualifications in supervisory board assignments and a degree in psychology from the University of Graz.
