Lise Andersen Linnebjerg is an accomplished Senior Vice President at Vestas, currently leading the Regional CPCO for Northern & Central Europe while also overseeing Global Talent Management in the People & Culture division. With a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, Lise serves as a trusted partner to executive management on people-related strategies that align with business objectives. Previous leadership roles at Vestas include Vice President of Global Talent Management and Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, along with experience at Danpo A/S and Danfoss, where strategic talent attraction and management were emphasized.
