Maya Imoto

Maya Imoto is a Senior Tax Analyst at Vestas, where employment began in September 2022. Previously, Maya served as a Tax Analyst and State and Local Tax Associate at KPMG US from January 2021 to August 2022. Experience also includes a Student Accounting Assistant position at the Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science at the University of Minnesota from August 2017 to December 2020, along with internships as a State and Local Tax Intern at KPMG in the summer of 2019 and a Residential Appraisal Intern at Hennepin County in the summer of 2018. Maya's early professional experience includes working as a Receptionist for the Department of Residence Life at the University of St. Thomas from July 2016 to May 2017. Academically, Maya Imoto attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2017 to 2020 and the University of St. Thomas for the 2016-2017 academic year, following graduation from Lakeville North High School in 2016.
