Thomas Alsbjerg

Thomas Alsbjerg is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and CEO at Vestas Development, as well as Head of Digital Solutions and Group Senior Vice President for Vestas Development, Alsbjerg is responsible for wind power development initiatives. Previously held positions include Group Senior Vice President for Corporate Strategy, M&A, and Business Intelligence at Vestas, and interim Chief Procurement Officer. Alsbjerg has also contributed to Clinical Microbiomics and GreenMobility A/S as a board member. Prior experience at Coloplast includes roles as Vice President of Corporate HR, Continence Care, and Global Supply Chain. Earlier in the career, Alsbjerg worked at A.T. Kearney, Accenture, Netcompany, and Andersen Consulting. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from DTU and an HD from Copenhagen Business School, alongside executive education from IMD.
