Jessica Lucas has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and operations sectors. Currently serving as an Operations Administrator at Vestcom International Inc. since January 2018, Jessica has previously held positions at Verizon Wireless, including Quality Assurance Analyst and Quality Assurance Coordinator, as well as roles as Operations Coordinator and Customer Service Representative. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from SUNY Geneseo, earned between 1996 and 2000.
