Morten Olsen's work experience begins in 2007 at Sandefjord Badmintonklubb as Head of Sport and Head Coach. Morten then moves on to roles as Head Coach in various badminton clubs until 2015. In 2017, they co-found Energy2Perform and also becomes a Ph.D Fellow at Roskilde University, where they teach and examines in various subjects related to strategy and organization. In 2020, they become a Visiting PhD Student at Stanford University. Morten later works as an External Examiner at Niels Brock Executive and holds multiple roles at TACK International Denmark, including IT Chief Consultant and Business Development Manager. Currently, Morten Olsen is the Head of Service Strategy & Transformation at Vestergaard Company A/S.
Morten Olsen's education history includes a Master of Science degree in Social sciences in Economics and Business Administration from Roskilde University, which they completed from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Virksomhedsstudier og Kommunikation from the same university between 2010 and 2013. Additionally, they completed a Diplomtræner program in Badminton from Aalborg Trænerakademi in 2006-2007 and attended Roskilde Handelsskole from 2003 to 2006. In 2020, they had a brief stint as a Visiting Researcher at Stanford University.
