Shannon L. Rich Cmp

Shannon L. Rich CMP serves as the President and CEO of the Oklahoma Hall of Fame since November 2004. Shannon co-founded WeWomenLead in May 2021 and is a member of VEST Their since February 2022, as well as the founder of LeadHERboard since March 2019, an initiative that empowers professional women through a connected community. Additionally, Shannon is a member of the Board of Directors for RCB Bank and previously served on the Board of Directors for UMB Bank from January 2017 to December 2019. Shannon's early career includes significant leadership roles, including the Director of Sales & Marketing and Executive Vice President at Renaissance Oklahoma City Convention Center Hotel. Educational background includes a BA in Marketing from Oklahoma City University and a Certificate in Executive Women in Leadership from Cornell University.
