Kim Scott has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Kim is currently the President & CEO of Vestis Corporation since October 2021. Previously, Kim held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Terminix from January 2019 to October 2021 and was also the President of Terminix Residential from December 2019 to January 2021. Prior to this, they served as President of Rubicon Global from July 2018 to December 2019 and was a member of the Board of Directors from 2015 to 2018. Kim has also been an Advisory Board Member at Wharton Initiative for Global Environmental Leadership (IGEL) until 2018. Their previous roles include President at CHEP North America from 2013 to 2017, President at CHEP USA from 2011 to 2013, Vice President of Plant Operations at CHEP from 2008 to 2011, and various positions in Supply Chain at CHEP from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they have been a Board of Directors Member at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce from 2013 to 2017 and a Group Vice President at Brambles in 2011. Kim's early career includes roles in Manufacturing at General Electric Company from 2002 to 2006 and in Marketing and Public Relations at Legacy, Inc. from 1999 to 2002. Kim began their career at GE in Manufacturing in 1998.
Kim Scott received their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the College of Engineering at Auburn University in 1995.
