Mikaela Davis

Mikaela Davis has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Mikaela began their career at Domino's in 2011 as an Associate in PeopleFirst Shared Services. Mikaela then moved up to the role of Associate in PeopleFirst and later became a Coach in PeopleFirst. In 2015, they joined Meritage Hospitality Group as an Employee Relations Specialist. Since 2017, they have been with Vestis Corporation, where they started as a Human Resources Manager and later became the Human Resources Director. Mikaela holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.

Mikaela Davis, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Grand Valley State University, graduating from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Mikaela has also earned two professional certifications: SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management in August 2015, and PHR from the HR Certification Institute in August 2014.
