Dan Ferguson

In his role as CFO, Dan is responsible for developing and executing the corporate strategy and go to market planning for both the enterprise software and outsourcing businesses. He also currently manages the Marketing function. Dan joined Vestmark in 2018 as VP, Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations, and was responsible for driving the company’s long-range strategic planning, annual budgeting and forecasting.

Prior to joining Vestmark, Dan spent 8 years at Cisco Systems, where he held strategy and planning leadership roles at the Corporate level and in the company’s Cybersecurity, Service Provider and Mobile Infrastructure businesses. He led initiatives and partnered with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Engineering teams to drive strategy through product and market transitions, including partnership development, scaling operations and driving M&A opportunities. Dan began his career with EMC Corporation, where he held progressive roles in Finance, Investor Relations and Audit.

Dan holds a BS in Finance from Boston College and an MBA from Boston University’s Graduate School of Management.
