Vincent Jaques has an extensive work experience in various roles in the IT industry. Vincent began their career as a Security and Network Engineer, Web Developer, and IT Helpdesk Support from 1999 to 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Systems Engineer.
Vincent then joined Natixis, where they held multiple positions. From 2006 to 2010, they served as the Head of IT Application Support for Asia Pacific, responsible for 24/7 application level 2 support. During this time, they implemented various projects such as integrating Oracle Flexcube and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Vincent then became the Head of IT Application Development for Asia Pacific from 2008 to 2010 and the Head of IT Applications for Asia Pacific from 2010 to 2011. In these roles, they managed teams responsible for application development, support, and maintaining business continuity during the Fukushima crisis.
Vincent also worked as the Head of IT Applications Production for Americas at Natixis from 2011 to 2013. Vincent was responsible for managing three teams and leading key projects such as integrating Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger.
After their tenure at Natixis, Vincent joined Alchemist DAO as a Web3 Builder from 2021 to 2022. Vincent then founded SendNodes in 2022 and served as the Founder, CEO & Web3 Developer. In this role, they managed the company's crypto wallet and on-chain staking solution and developed the transaction execution backend.
Currently, Vincent is working as a Senior Developer at vestr starting in 2023.
Vincent Jaques completed their education in Information Technology. Vincent earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from CFA Descartes, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Vincent then pursued further education at Ingenieurs 2000 and obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology, studying from 2002 to 2005.
