Jon has over a decade of experience building and leading operations, service, and support functions, predominantly for tech and financial services companies. Prior to Vestwell, Jon was the Head of Business Operations for the talent & culture incubator within Bridgewater Associates that was responsible for Ray Dalio's "Principles" book and HR tech product line.
