Rishabh J. is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and network management. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer and Team Leader at VETASSESS since July 2006, Rishabh provides expert operational support and leads the Infrastructure Development and Support team. Prior to VETASSESS, Rishabh held positions at Monash University, including IT Support Officer and Client Service Officer, where responsibilities encompassed resolving IT issues for staff and students and creating software installations. Rishabh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Melbourne and has obtained several certifications, including Apple Certified Helpdesk Specialist and CompTIA A+ Service Technician Certification.
