Mitchell Freeman

Mitchell Freeman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of information technology and management. Mitchell began their career as an IT Manager at Veterans Affairs Canada in April 2006 and held this position until April 2013. During this time, they also served as the Director of Application Management from May 2013 to April 2020. From November 2013 to October 2014, Mitchell was appointed as the Acting Director General of Information Technology, Information Management, and Administration at the same organization. Mitchell then assumed the role of Director General of Information Technology, Information Management, and Administration from October 2014 to April 2020. Currently, Mitchell is working as the Director General of Service Delivery and Program Management at Veterans Affairs Canada since April 2020.

Prior to their tenure at Veterans Affairs Canada, Mitchell also gained experience as a Network Administrator at Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency from 1998 to 2001.
