Marie Rogers has extensive experience in recruitment and management, currently serving as a Senior National Recruiter and Client Delivery Manager at Veterans Alliance since April 2020, focusing on helping veterans transition to civilian careers. Previously, Marie held the position of National Aviation Recruiter Manager and Field Security Officer at Talentscale from September 2016 to April 2020, specializing in military aircraft maintenance and logistics. Marie also worked as an HR Generalist at Blu Homes, where recruitment processes were revamped, leading to a significant increase in qualified candidates. Earlier in a decade-long career with the U.S. Air Force, Marie held several managerial roles, overseeing budgets, employee performance, and safety standards.
