William Hubbard has a diverse work experience. William is currently the Vice President for Veterans & Military Policy at Veterans Education Success, where they manage the organization's relationship with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior to this, William served in the United States Department of Defense as a Staff Non-Commissioned Officer, where they were responsible for mentoring junior personnel and managing training plans. William also worked at Student Veterans of America, first as the Chief of Staff and later as the Vice President of Government Affairs. In these roles, they oversaw various programs and events, provided strategic advice, and represented student veterans to federal departments and agencies. William also has consulting experience at Deloitte Consulting LLP, where they worked on projects for the State of Indiana Department of Revenue and the Department of State. Additionally, they co-founded Jamie's Chips and successfully built a family flour tortilla chip business. In their earlier years, they worked as a caddie at The Glen Club.
William Hubbard has a BA in International Relations with a regional focus on Middle Eastern Studies from American University. William also holds a Certificate in International Law & Organizations from American University Professional Studies. William completed their high school education at Glenbrook South High School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and Leadership Essentials from Harvard Business Publishing. William is also an Eagle Scout, awarded by the Boy Scouts of America.
