Katherine Kropilak

Katherine Kropilak is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Software Solutions at Veterans Engineering, Training, & Services (VETS, LLC) since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Model Based Systems Engineer 2 at Northrop Grumman from February 2023 to March 2024, and Project Engineer at Samet Corporation from June 2020 to February 2023. Katherine also held a position as a System Engineering Intern at SPAWAR in 2019 and completed a Logistics Co-Op at Bosch USA from May 2017 to December 2018. Katherine is pursuing an MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, expected to graduate in October 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, with a minor in Business Administration from Clemson University, awarded in May 2020. Initial education was completed at Knoxville Catholic High School, graduating in May 2015.
