Iliana Rentz

Iliana Rentz, BB, CMP, serves as the President of the Board of Directors and Vice President at Veterans In Energy since March 2022. Currently, Iliana is the Region Vice President at Pike Corporation, a position held since October 2023. Prior experience includes leading Vegetation Management for NextEra Energy, Inc. from June 2019 to October 2023, overseeing a significant budget and multiple project teams across North America. Iliana’s background in emergency preparedness and response at Florida Power and Light Company from January 2013 to June 2019 involved developing critical plans for mitigating threats to energy assets. Other roles at Florida Power and Light Company included Lighting Supervisor, Business Services Leader, and Business Services Analyst, while earlier experience includes serving in Civil Affairs with the US Army from September 1992 to June 2006. Iliana’s educational credentials include studies at American University and the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School.
