Joe Brooks is a non-profit professional with nearly two decades of leadership experience in this business sector. Prior to joining VMC as its Executive Director, Joe served as President and CEO for the USO of Pennsylvania & Southern NJ. At the USO, Joe’s team increased & diversified revenues by 114%, expanded the military service organization’s geographic service area by 87%, delivered program innovation to the military families, trained and expanded its board of directors and staff, and created a collaborative work culture that retained & attracted top talent. Joe is a lifelong Philadelphian having attended Cardinal Dougherty High School, Temple University & the Wharton School of Business.
