Randall Marcks is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various leadership positions. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner Manager at Veterinary Practice Partners since October 2021, Randall has previously held roles such as Director of Regional Field Recruiting at BAYADA Home Health Care and Senior Talent Partner at Active Day. At Active Day, responsibilities included overseeing full life-cycle recruiting for leadership positions across multiple states.
