Frank Hilliard has over nine years of experience in the water and wastewater management field. Currently serving as an Outside Sales Representative at Veterinary Service, Inc. since February 2021, Frank is responsible for driving sales and managing customer relations. Before this role, Frank operated as a Wastewater Consultant at SKV Scientific Inc. from August 2018 to February 2021. Additionally, from September 2014 to August 2018, Frank worked at Hilmar County Water District as a Water/Wastewater Operator, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the industry.
