Andrea Simon

Andrea Simon has a diverse background in strategic communication and internal communications, currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at Vetropack Group since May 2022. Prior roles include Business Philosopher at ISOB from March 2020 to April 2022, focusing on guiding medium-sized enterprises through change processes, and positions at Deutsche Bundesbank, where communication of strategy and cultural transformation was prioritized. Previous experience includes strategic advisory roles for major companies at HERING SCHUPPENER Consulting, as well as journalism positions at ARD and various other media outlets. Andrea Simon holds a Master's degree in Political Theory from Goethe University Frankfurt and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Bayreuth, complemented by an Erasmus program in Business Ethics at HEC Lausanne.
