Paul Hays has a diverse and extensive work experience in the veterinary and animal health industry. Paul is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Director for Vets Plus, Inc. Paul is also a Board Director for Bio Agri Mix LP and ControlPoint Inc. In addition, they are a Member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc.

Previously, Paul held the position of President & CEO at Med-Pharmex, Inc. where they successfully resolved FDA compliance issues and led the company to profitability and a successful sale. Paul also served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Vets Plus, Inc. and played a key role in its growth.

Prior to that, Paul worked at Virbac and held the role of President & CEO - Area Director North America. Paul also held leadership roles at Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica Inc., including Executive Vice President, US Business Operations, Corporate Vice President Global Marketing & Area Operations, Vice President Swine Business Unit, Vice President Sales & Marketing, and Director of Marketing. In these roles, they led various strategic initiatives and drove sales growth and profitability.
