Vuk Lau

Vuk Lau has a wealth of experience in a variety of industries. Vuk began their career in 1999 as a Real Estate Agent at Fenix Real Estate. In 2000, they moved to Kreditform ltd. Belgrade as a Key Account Manager. In 2003, they co-founded and became the General Manager of Forum IMI d.o.o. In 2004, they co-founded NGO Forum Centar, where they served as COO. In 2008, they were a CSM Representative at CCP. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Celtra in various roles, including Senior Director of Solutions Consulting, Senior Director of Technical Support, Director of Client Support, Client Support Manager, and Client Support/QA Engineer. In 2021, they became Founding CS Operations at Veza. In 2022, they became a Principal at Silicon Gardens Fund and a Member at Business Angels of Slovenia. Additionally, they were a Partner & Business Consultant at Reveris from 2021 to 2022.

Vuk Lau's education history includes attending the University of Belgrade from 1997 to 2007, where they were studying Bussines and Management, although they did not finish their degree. Prior to that, they attended ETŠ Nikola Tesla from 1993 to 1997, studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, they hold three certifications: Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER obtained in April 2021, Data-Driven Decision Making for Customer Success from SuccessHACKER obtained in November 2020, and IAB Digital Ad Operations Certification from IAB obtained in February 2017.
