Ori Saporta

Ori Saporta is an accomplished technology professional with significant expertise in software architecture and engineering. Currently serving as VP Engineering and Founder at vFunction since June 2017, Ori specializes in transforming Java applications into cloud-native architectures. Prior experience includes roles as Systems Architect and Software Developer at WatchDox by BlackBerry from August 2011 to June 2017, and as Software Architect at IDF through Sela from October 2006 to September 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing software design and Oracle SQL database structuring. Ori's earlier tenure includes serving as an intelligence officer in the Israeli Defense Forces from January 2001 to September 2006, where leadership in operational research and training programs was key. Ori holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
