Gillian Kerr

Gillian Kerr is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in customer relationship management and marketing strategy. Current roles at VGW include CRM Marketing Manager and previously served as a Senior Marketing Specialist and Loyalty Marketing Specialist. Prior experience includes a Marketing Manager position at Qantas, where Gillian contributed to customer loyalty and communication campaigns, and CRM Specialist at Ryanair, responsible for targeted customer lifecycle programs in multiple languages.
