Tser-Lih Low

Tser-Lih Low is an experienced professional in CRM and marketing, currently serving as the Head of CRM Lifecycle and Head of CRM Development at VGW since July 2017, along with a role as Loyalty Marketing Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Vodafone as Upgrades Lifecycle Manager, where Tser-Lih managed upgrade transactions and supported product launches, and various analytical and managerial roles at LexisNexis, MIMB Investment Bank, EON Bank Berhad, and United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd. Tser-Lih holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance from Curtin University.
