Achini de Silva

Achini De Silva is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently working at Trillium Health Partners since June 2022, specializing in orthopedics and neuro-musculoskeletal rehabilitation within a comprehensive stroke unit. Achini's previous role at VHA Home HealthCare involved conducting home safety assessments and facilitating communication among clients and caregivers to enhance daily living activities.
