James Wells

James Wells possesses extensive experience in performance reporting and data analysis within the housing and financial sectors. Current employment at Virginia Housing since April 2017 focuses on performance reporting and data analytics. Previously at Bank of America from 2007 to March 2017, James served in various roles including VP of Operations Research Analyst II, where responsibilities included leading volume forecasting and workforce management for the Home Equity Existing Customer Credit division, and AVP Senior Operations Manager, overseeing a team that supported numerous functions. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Business Systems Analyst at SunTrust Mortgage and SevenSpace. James holds a Master's degree in Decision Analytics from Virginia Commonwealth University, along with multiple bachelor's degrees in Technical and Scientific Communication from the University of Delaware and Political Science and Government from Seton Hall University. Additionally, James is an Accredited Mortgage Professional from the Mortgage Banking School.
