Stephanie Benson

Stephanie Benson is an experienced professional in the real estate and lending sectors, currently serving as a Strategic Markets Lending Analyst at Virginia Housing since August 2016, after previously holding the position of Construction Loan Accountant. Prior to Virginia Housing, Stephanie worked as a Loan Processor at SunTrust Investment Services, Inc. in the summer of 2016 and gained earlier experience as a Leasing Consultant and Property Manager in Training at Weinstein Properties. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Virginia Commonwealth University and has acquired various licenses and certificates in property management and cosmetology, along with multiple associate degrees from John Tyler Community College in fields such as Psychology and Business Administration.
