Gerry Phelan

Gerry Phelan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of People and Development and Director of Human Resources at the Irish Wheelchair Association since December 2004, Gerry oversees talent management for over 2,500 employees. Additionally, Gerry is a member of the VHI Members Advisory Council since May 2008 and has held various managerial roles at eircom from May 1978 to December 2004, including Employee Relations Manager and HR Manager for Finance & Shared Services. Gerry's educational background includes studies at University College Dublin and the National College of Ireland.
