Hendrik Tolsma

Hendrik Tolsma serves as the Interim CEO at VHLGenetics since 2023, focusing on stability and operational efficiency while enhancing strategy around quality and customer intimacy. Since 2019, Tolsma has worked as a consultant, leveraging expertise in strategy, business development, marketing, and sales within the veterinary sector. Previous roles include General Manager at Torpac Europe B.V. and Artuvet Animal Health B.V., where Tolsma managed product portfolios and integrated operations into strategic frameworks. Tolsma holds an MBA from Nyenrode Business University and has extensive experience in veterinary marketing and sales from positions at ALK Abelló and Artu Biologicals, as well as practical experience as a veterinary surgeon.
